Information for Media
Journalists are welcome to cover the entire proceedings of the 19th Annual Conference of Environmental and Resource Economists, with the exception of private meetings. However, to attend this event, journalists, photographers and media technical staff must obtain prior accreditation.
To obtain an accreditation a request shall be submitted by email to info@eaere2012.org. Such a request should contain the following information: name, organization, phone, e-mail, website and scan of valid press ID. Accreditation is free-of-charge for authorized media.
Once EAERE 2012 Conference Secretariat has confirmed media eligibility, a confirmation will be issued. Media representatives equipped with a badge will have access to all sessions, but not to lunches, welcome reception, social event and gala dinner.
All media representatives must check in at the EAERE 2012 registration desk upon arrival, where they will be issued a Conference accreditation badge.
