You are invited to submit theoretical and applied papers in all areas of environmental and natural resource economics for presentation at EAERE's 19th Annual Conference to be held in Prague, Czech Republic, June 27-30, 2012.
Papers can only be submitted electronically through the online platform from November 15, 2011, onwards.

Review process
All papers will undergo the regular peer review process regardless of the session (oral session, poster session or special session) in which they will be presented.
Important dates
Deadline for submission of papers is February 1, 2012.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by April 15, 2012.
Accepted papers will only be included in the final programme if presenting authors have registered by May 7, 2012.
Poster sessions
The conference offers the possibility for authors to present their papers as posters. We have an excellent area where coffee and lunches will be served and where there is ample room for posters. We believe that posters create a good forum for additional discussions and will contribute to the conferences atmosphere making the coffee breaks much more stimulating. There will be one special designated poster session in connection with one of the lunches or a longer coffee when the presenters will be expected to stand by their poster to explain. We know that some people might have very definite preferences and you will therefore be given the option of submitting your paper: to an oral session; a poster session or an option saying that you accept either-or.
Special sessions
Several special sessions on different topics will be organized this year. Authors have the possibility to attribute their paper to one of the special session during the submission process. The papers submitted to special sessions will undergo the general refereeing process.

Job Market Papers
Candidates submitting a paper to the EAERE Annual Conference have the option of marking their papers as "Job Market Papers" at the submission process. Job Market Papers go through the standard review process as any other papers submitted to the Conference. Accepted Job Market Papers are allocated in the regular sessions with the same criteria of any other paper. Job Market Papers will be marked as so in the printed and on-line Conference programme, where it will be possible to see a list of Job Market Papers being presented in the Conference.
